Thank you to Onsight Optician for my new glasses. Due to health conditions, I could not get to an optician myself, so I had not had an eye test in many years. Since covid, I have been very anxious in getting out, but I was seen in my own home and felt extremely comfortable throughout the eye test and frames selection. I was not even aware that this service existed. My wife and I have been really struggling to reading, resulting in using magnifying glasses, which can be exceedingly difficult. I am my wife’s carer, who is battling cancer so neither of us can get out the house. Thankfully, we were seen at home by Onsight Opticians, without any problems. I would highly recommend this service

Life savers! I am an amputee so making a visit to my local opticians can be a challenge. So, my last eye test was many years ago and my glasses had certainly seen better days. I have not had a single issue with this excellent service. An excellent selection of frames and lovely staff.

Staff were efficient and helpful with picking frames that suited me. They took care and checked all the measurements. Glasses were posted out to me very promptly. Overall, a great service.

Friendly and professional stuff. They were happy to explain the eye exam to me, so I understood what was going to happen. The staff were patient with me and did not rush me into buying anything. I think this is a lovely service that lots of people my age will benefit from.

Excellent service. My glasses were ready within two weeks of the order being placed. The were not pushy with me to buy any glasses and were more than happy for me to use my old glasses to save on costs.
